Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FM-OB) Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: On-site Outpatient Clinic with Obstetrical Services
Job Location: Miami,FL
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive prenatal care throughout pregnancy
Monitor fetal development and manage pregnancy-related conditions
Perform vaginal deliveries and manage labor and delivery
Provide postpartum care for mothers
Deliver immediate newborn assessments and care
Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care for patients across all age groups
Diagnose and treat common medical conditions
Manage chronic diseases and promote wellness
Educate patients and families on health maintenance
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the EHR
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Requirements:
MD or DO degree
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
Training and experience in obstetrics
Active and unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Current DEA registration
Bilingual in Spanish
