Job description

  • Hospital employed practice seeking BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a growing team
  • Highly competitive compensation with productivity bonus
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus package
  • Emergency Department includes 32 patient beds with expansion underway to a total of 66 beds
  • Specialized treatment rooms for major trauma, resuscitation, and emergent care
  • Annual volume exceeds 60,000 patient visits, averaging patients daily
  • All ED physicians are residency-trained and board-certified in Emergency Medicine
  • Independent fast track staffed with experienced APPs
  • Zone-based care model with Physician, APP, and RN working together in each zone
  • Equitable schedule with a 7-day block off every month
  • Average of 14 shifts per month consisting of 9- and 10-hour shifts
  • Dedicated Nocturnist schedule from 5:00 pm to 3:00 am
  • Opportunity to teach residents and medical students
  • Benefits include productivity bonus, paid interview expenses, student loan repayment (PSLF eligible), comprehensive benefits package, paid malpractice with tail coverage, and $100,000 sign-on bonus
