Our Bakers prepare fresh products according to Dunkin' recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures. They work as part of a team to maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure our guests receive the quality products they expect.
This position has a late afternoon start time and requires availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare donuts, baked goods, and other products according to Dunkin' recipes and procedures.
- Follow all brand, quality, portioning, and presentation standards.
- Ensure products are fresh, properly stocked, and ready to serve.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workstation.
- Complete required cleaning and sanitation tasks.
- Follow all food safety, cleanliness, restaurant safety, and security procedures.
- Arrive on time and ready to work for each scheduled shift.
- Take accountability for assigned responsibilities and completing tasks accurately.
- Work cooperatively with other team members to meet the needs of the restaurant.
- Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Able to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards.
- Able to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous baking or food-service experience is helpful but not required.
