Control Systems Engineer

Join a fast-paced aerospace engineering team supporting electronic control systems, production, and component integration. This role is ideal for an electrical engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, working cross-functionally, and supporting products from design through production.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve production and factory support issues involving aerospace control systems and electronic control units.
• Develop and release Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and support design improvements.
• Evaluate and substantiate engineering and design changes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Certification, Testing, Configuration Management, and suppliers.
• Review drawings, build-to-print documentation, and supplier designs for compliance with engineering requirements.
• Support component integration, configuration management, design revisions, and obsolescence activities.
• Coordinate supplier deliverables, schedules, milestones, and technical issues.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, suppliers, and engineering teams.
• Support engineering reviews, testing, and product support activities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of systems engineering and aerospace electronics/control systems is a plus.
• Experience with sensors, actuators, fuel/hydraulic systems, or electromechanical products is helpful.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or otherwise authorized under applicable U.S. export-control requirements.
