Job Description Job Description Mister Sparky Electric of Tri-Cities, an affiliate of Authority Brands, is expanding its team and hiring experienced residential service electricians to join our founding field crew. This customer-facing role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, installations, safety inspections, and presenting clear options to homeowners. performance-based compensation as the company grows.
This position includes participation in rotating after-hours/on-call coverage. After-hours calls are screened through our dispatch system before technician escalation. When called to duty, technicians are paid for actual time worked plus a call-out incentive premium. Overtime is paid when required.
