The Restaurant Chef will oversee food preparation and ensure quality control within a small kitchen team of 1-5 staff. This role focuses on maintaining high culinary standards without involvement in menu pricing, budgeting, or direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards
Maintain quality control of all food items before service
Supervise and coordinate the kitchen staff of up to five members
Ensure cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
