Route Sales Associate

Pay: $64000/yr Annual

Location: Salisbury, NC

Work Days: Work week is Sunday thru Saturday; Will be scheduled 5 days on and 2 days off

Start Time: Average start time between 4a - 6a depending on route

End Time: When route is complete

Minimum Qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You'll Do:

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
