Practice Setting
- Mixed inpatient and outpatient practice, daily hospital rounding plus clinic visits
- Patient mix includes all age groups, clinic is approximately 80 percent adult and 20 percent pediatrics, hospital is 100 percent adult
- Ideally birth to death, can consider age 12 and up for the right candidate
- Full support staff
Schedule
- Monday through Friday schedule, hospital rounding in the morning then clinic visits through the afternoon
- Weeknight call coverage is for phone calls, covering nursing home and hospital patients, plus clinic patients
- Call week is at least every third week and shared with two other Family Physicians
- When on call, you will round once on Saturday and once on Sunday

Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Iowa license required, will wait for license with active IMLC LOQ only, open to IMLC Physicians
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and DEA required
