  • Inpatient, Beeper call only
  • Call ratio: Q5
  • 30-minute response time required
  • Approximately 3 phone consults per call period
  • Average of 1 patient seen and 1 admission while on call
  • Admissions required
  • Approximately 5 patients per shift
  • APP supervision required (1 NP/PA support)
  • Hospital is Stroke Certified
  • Epic EMR
  • Certifications: NC license or IMLC, ACLS, BLS, Fellowship, BC
  • Credentialing timeframe: approximately 60 days
