Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine
Job Details:
- Coverage schedule is 7 on / 7 off (2 weeks per month) with 12-hour shifts approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- No call required
- Work within a full emergency department supported by MDs, NPs, and PAs
- Patient volume consists of 85% adults, 10% pediatrics, and 5% trauma cases
- Treat patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
- Utilize level 1 trauma center emergency medicine equipment
- Document using Epic EMR system
- Emergency Medicine board certification required
- Active South Carolina license required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- DEA required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Clean background required
