Opportunity Overview- 8, 24-hour shifts per month
- Oversee an all CRNA team
- Practice at top of your license and provide oversight for both OB and pediatric services with expertise in peripheral nerve blocks, spinal anesthesia, and epidurals
Leadership Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with hospital administration to ensure the seamless operation of the OR and OB department
- Participate in quarterly executive leadership meetings
- Present quality and performance metrics
- Participate in advanced leadership development programs, including LEAD and NMLC
- Help drive clinical excellence across the program
On-Call Responsibilities- 24-hour, 1 to 2 weekdays
- 24-hour, 1 weekend per month
