Locum Hospitalist Opportunity Night Coverage North Carolina

A highly regarded community hospital located approximately one hour from the Raleigh, North Carolina area is seeking a Board-Certified Hospitalist for ongoing night coverage beginning September 15th.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a strong, collaborative team and extensive specialty support in a well-established hospital setting.

• Start Date: September 15
• Schedule: Night shifts
• Hours: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Patient Volume: Approximately 5 admissions per night
• Procedures: None required
• ICU: Open ICU (8 beds); no ICU procedures required
• EMR: Paragon
• Privileges: Temporary privileges available
• Tele ICU present at night.
• Rate: $200/hr

• Three daytime providers
• One physician covering nights
• Codes managed jointly by the Emergency Department and Hospitalist team

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active North Carolina license or eligible through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
