About the Position:
A well-established dental practice located just outside Albany in the growing and family-friendly community of Glenmont, NY, is seeking a personable, motivated, and clinically skilled Associate Dentist to join their team part-time. The incoming Associate will join a modern, fully digital office supported by a seasoned and upbeat clinical and administrative team. Practice Overview:
3 Doctor chairs / 3 Hygiene chairs
1,700 active patients
Patient mix: 80% PPO / 20% Fee-for-service
Digital X-rays, Medit digital scanner, Overjet, Wave One
Average of 40 new patients per month
Supportive and experienced clinical and front desk team
Schedule: Thursdays 9 AM 6 PM & Fridays 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
Candidate Requirements:
DMD/DDS with an active NY license
3 5 years of clinical experience preferred
GPR or AEGD completion preferred
Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
Comfortable diagnosing and treating independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A patient-centered approach to care
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual earning potential: $125,000 $170,000
