What You ll Do - Provide specialized urology care and perform outpatient procedures including cystoscopies, biopsies, and UDS testing
- Manage patient clinic visits, providing diagnosis and treatment planning
- Conduct scheduled operating room procedures
- Participate in on-call duties to support urgent urology needs
- Collaborate with APPs, nurses, and staff in a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure high standards of patient safety and care quality
What You Need - Valid medical license in Washington State
- Prior Urology experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and call shifts
