- Full-time; 40 hours a week
- Seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our group located in Crown Point
- Provider will work with a collaborative team of nurse midwives and physicians
- Flexible full-time schedule
- Time will be split between clinic and hospital
- Daily rounding on post-delivery patients
- Common Diagnoses and Procedures
- Antepartum and Postpartum care - Pap smears - Breast exams - Annual Wellness Exams - Deliveries- Collegial team
- Strong referral base
- Support from onsite specialists
