Requirements: Active MI License or willing to obtain
BC in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology
BLS, ACLS, PALS
DEA & CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start)
Clean Record
Minimum 23 years of post-fellowship experience
