A hospital-based anesthesia group in Bismarck, North Dakota is seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage following a physician retirement. This role follows a medical direction care team model with CRNA oversight and a balanced mix of clinical and call responsibilities.Compensation:$3700/24 hours with 4 hour gratis$450/hr after 4 hoursOrientation $200/hr (typically 4-8 hour long)Holiday 1.5x regular payPosition Details Specialty: Anesthesiology Practice Model: Medical direction (maximum 1:4 CRNA supervision) Location: Bismarck, ND Coverage Reason: Physician retirement FTE: 2Schedule and Availability Seeking coverage for one full week (7 consecutive days) per month, starting April 2026.
