The role includes on-call responsibilities for inpatient oncology and practice call coverage, with no weekend shifts required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care, managing approximately 15-25 patient visits daily.

  • Contribute to the rebuilding and growth of the cancer program, emphasizing patient-centered care and quality improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision initially.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
  • Residency within the immediate local area is required; relocation assistance offered.
  • Applicants eligible for H1B and J1 visas will be considered.
  • Candidates with lapsed certification or seeking secondary employment are not eligible.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexibility may be available).
  • Minimum 32 patient contact hours per week.
  • Competitive salary range from $500,000 to $750,000 annually, commensurate with experience and training.
  • Additional incentives, including relocation support and recruitment bonuses, are available.

Benefits and Professional Growth:
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, including HSA, HRA, and voluntary supplemental coverage.
  • Significant employer contributions to retirement and flexible spending accounts.
  • Generous paid time off, tuition reimbursement, leadership development, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Access to cutting-edge treatment facilities, supportive services, and clinical trials.
  • On-site amenities including wellness programs, a walking track, gym discounts, and an Employee Assistance Program.
  • Family-friendly community environment with abundant recreational activities and a low cost of living.
