Job Details Architecture Project Manager Role Overview Serves as the main liaison between clients and the firm, steering multi-project portfolios or large-scale initiatives from inception through completion. Oversees contract agreements, fee structures, project schedules, and resource allocation while guiding cross-functional teams toward technical and financial targets. This is a fully on-site position. Key Qualifications Education & Licensure: Accredited degree in Architecture with active Architect Registration. Experience Level: Senior-level (8-14 years in architectural design and administration; educational sector background preferred). Software & Technical Skills: High proficiency with Revit and CAD review workflows; deep familiarity with quality assurance processes and drawing audits. Core Competencies: Strong client relations track record, adept at business development, and skilled in complex problem-solving and staff development. Primary Responsibilities Client & Business Management: Draft scope-of-work agreements, manage extra-service requests, establish project budgets, and lead presentations to secure new or repeat business.
