Electricians Top Helper

A-R Electrical Services LLC is seeking a motivated, reliable Electrical Assistant / Laborer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an individual who already possesses a basic understanding of electrical work, knows how to handle hand and power tools safely, and-most importantly-is capable of working independently without constant supervision.

We take pride in our work and value our team's autonomy. If you are a problem-solver who can follow initial blueprints or verbal layouts and be trusted to run a clean, efficient workspace on your own, we want to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities

• Independent Execution: Successfully complete assigned daily tasks on-site with minimal supervision after initial instructions are given.
• Rough-In & Installation: Assist with pulling wire, running conduit, mounting boxes, and installing basic electrical fixtures and devices to code.
• Material & Tool Management: Organize, transport, and maintain electrical components, conduit, hand tools, and power tools. Keep service vehicles stocked.
• Site Preparation & Safety: Set up safe working environments, follow OSHA and job site safety guidelines, and maintain an immaculate, clean workspace throughout the day.
• Active Problem Solving: Anticipate next steps on a project and troubleshoot minor issues independently rather than waiting for instruction.
