- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Washington State license or eligibility through IMLC
- Active DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
- Recent outpatient urology experience
- Surgical first assisting experience required
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills

Locum Urology Physician Assistant
We are seeking two experienced Urology Advanced Practice Providers (PA) for a full-time locum tenens opportunity with a leading healthcare organization in Richland, Washington. This position offers a combination of outpatient urology clinic responsibilities, surgical first assisting, and call coverage in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Position Highlights
- Full-time locum assignment starting November 2026
- Ongoing coverage until permanent providers are hired
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM)
- Mix of outpatient clinic and surgical first assisting
- One day per week assisting in surgery on average
- Overnight and weekend call responsibilities
- Call rotation approximately 1:4
- Inpatient and outpatient practice setting
- Long-term coverage opportunity
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urology patient care in the outpatient clinic setting
- Assist urologists in surgical procedures
- Participate in inpatient rounding and care as needed
- Provide weeknight and weekend beeper call coverage
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
