Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active Oregon license.
• Active DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• AONCP Certification Required.
• Previous Hematology/Oncology experience strongly preferred.

Position Overview

• Location: Seaside, OR

• Coverage Need: Long-term permanent search coverage
• Schedule: 3-4 days per week
• Typical Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
