is a small niche business in the Thermal Spray Coatings industry. We are seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Controls/Calibration/Pneumatics Technician s that is willing to work in our shop and travel when needed to troubleshoot or calibrate thermal spraying equipment that our customers operate.
Thermal Spray Coatings: use pulverized/powdered metals, ceramics, and polymers that are melted in a spray torch as they are sprayed onto a substrate surface. These soften particles flatten and solidify to create a desired hard, protective surface onto the substrate beneath.
Industrial Areas: Medical Implants, Aircraft Engines and Landing Gear, Space Craft, Machine Rolls, Oil Rig Drilling, Race Car and Heavy Equipment, etc.
Our Mission: to assist companies with maintaining their thermal spray system s for optimum functionality with electrical controls, pneumatics, mechanical, device calibrations and equipment upgrade development. This equipment must be made to perform as originally intended.
Manufacturing: We are a custom manufacture of thermal spray equipment of our own designs, yet we can integrate to old useful pieces of equipment.
Candidate: We seek someone, well rounded in the work environment. Technicians should desire to become greater, more diversified in their job. We seek a technician where all things excite his/her daily career with many of the following skills:
1. Enjoy working with people/customers with honesty
2. Enjoy to be the problem solver
3. Understand electrical controls with schematics
4. Understand mechanical
5. Understand pneumatics
6. Enjoys travel service as necessary
8. Understands use of multi-meter, pressure testers, amp clamps, mass flow meters, oscilloscope.
9. Has an "Eye for Details" within the system area for possible faults or providing PM options.
We integrate system controls to external power supplies, water chillers, dust collectors, gas panels, high frequency units, and robots. This position will stretch your thinking! We are designing new systems as we are growing. You will enjoy working where you're a part of an effort for providing customers in desperate need of solutions!
