Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology (within 5 years of residency) no exceptions
- Active Colorado license (or willing to obtain)
- DEA (must obtain prior to start)
- Clean malpractice and license history
- NPDB Self-Query within 30 days at submission
- Visa support available (J1 or H1B note at submission)
- Permanent candidates only no locum or locum-to-perm
