Overview A leading physician-led healthcare organization in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered practice. Candidate Requirements • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED (must complete residency)
• Colorado License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
• DEA (must obtain prior to start) REQUIRED
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice Highly Preferred
• Visa Candidates NOT ACCEPTED
• Not open to Locum or Locum-to-Perm candidates
• Must confirm candidate has not applied directly
Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $257,000 $286,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Generous productivity bonus (based on wRVUs)
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years)
