POSITION SUMMARY
This role provides inpatient orthopaedic care within a hospital employed model, focusing primarily on trauma related cases. Responsibilities include managing orthopaedic conditions in a Level II trauma environment, collaborating with fellowship trained surgeons, and working within a system that offers continuous anesthesia coverage and dedicated operative resources. The position is supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams and includes opportunities to participate in medical student and resident education.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Missouri.
• Clinical background in orthopaedic trauma care.
• Interest in working within a hospital based orthopaedic service.
COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in inpatient management of orthopaedic trauma conditions.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical and critical care teams.
• Skill in working within a Level II trauma environment.
• Capacity to participate in educational activities with trainees.
• Commitment to accurate documentation and coordinated perioperative care.
