Full-Time Nocturnist Bakersfield, CA
- 12-hour night shifts 8 PM 5 AM or 10 PM 7 AM (alternating schedule)
- Only 6 admissions per night on average
- No procedures. No code blue responsibility.
- Patient care handed to intensivist after admission
- Cross-cover floor calls on alternating nights
- 24/7 in-house intensivists and specialty physicians onsite
- Night float program coming soon
- In-house 9 hours, paid for full 12

Requirements :
- MD/DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for California medical license (or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable managing hospitalized adult patients
