Responsibilities - Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illness.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Requirements - MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state.
- Bilingual- Chinese Speaking or Spanish speaking needed
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a broad spectrum of health conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
