Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Position Details :

Schedule: 24-hour, in-house shifts
Team Structure: 5 OB-GYN Hospitalists
Clinical Scope:

OB and GYN triage/surgery
Labor & delivery management
Obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
Inpatient consults

Clinical Environment

Hospital Deliveries: 1,200 births annually
Level II NICU with Medical Director support from Stanford
Maternal-Fetal Medicine support from Stanford
Collaborative care alongside community OB/GYNs and nursing teams

Submission Requirements

Updated CV - REQUIRED
Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
CA license- REQUIRED
CA DEA - REQUIRED
Minimum of 1-year clinical experience required REQUIRED
Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire (see attachment for form) REQUIRED
CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained REQUIRED
Copy of the NPDB self-query report pulled within the month of submission- REQUIRED
Clean background, minimal malpractice PREFERRED
Preferred candidates have a minimum of 5 years experience PREFERRED
