Position Overview:
Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative anesthesia care team in a respected community-based hospital setting in Oshkosh, WI area. This full-time opportunity offers an excellent blend of case diversity, autonomy, work-life balance, and a supportive team environment.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Join a team of 2 Anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs
- Approximately 5,000 cases annually
- Case mix includes general, orthopedics, ENT, GI, neuro spine surgery, dental, healthy peds, ophthalmology, podiatry, and vascular
- No OB, regional, urology, gynecology, or cardiac cases
- Home-call model
- Medical supervision model
- 157 bed community hospital - level 3 trauma
- H1 visa sponsorship
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $575,000
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- 15 weeks of PTO annually
