The Role:
- Location: Portage, WI
- Assignment duration: 11/25/2026 - 11/27/2026, + ongoing dates in 2027
- Shift Type: Days, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Cases: 20 patient encounters per shift (40-60 Patients per 24hrs)
- Site Charting System: Not specified
- Trauma Level: 4
- Support Services (24-hour availability where noted): Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, OR response, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology
- Board Certification: Required (facility indicates board certification is required)
- EMR: Epic
- Required Certifications: ACLS, ATLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
