  • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
  • Temporary Privileges Available: No
  • Credentialing Timeline: 3-4 months
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • NRP
  • Intubation
  • UVC
    • LPPICC

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years)
  • Licenses: Active MI License or willingness to obtain
  • DEA: Active DEA Certification
  • Certifications: NRP
  • Experience: Fellowship required
  • Other Qualifications: Clean background (highly preferred)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive medical management for neonatal patients in a Level 3 NICU
  • Perform required procedures including intubation, UVC insertion, lumbar puncture, PICC line placement
  • Cover on-call responsibilities (beeper/phone) during off-shift hours, including emergency assessments
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and consulting spécialists to optimize patient care
  • Document patient progress and procedures using EpIC EMR system
