- New percentage pay model
- Reefer: Earn 72% of linehaul revenue

- Back-to-back TCA Elite Fleet recognition Qualifications:
- A current Interstate Commercial Driver's License (Class A)
- Must have at least 4 months of recent CDL-A experience after completing training
