Job Overview Immediate Rheumatology locums opportunity in Northwest Arkansas. Enjoy a long-term outpatient-only assignment with no call, Monday-Friday scheduling, Epic EMR, and manageable patient volumes. Ideal for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist holding an active Arkansas license and looking for consistent coverage through 2027.

Position Highlights

  • Assignment Length: Ongoing through June 2027
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • No Call Required
  • No Inpatient Responsibilities
  • No Admissions
  • Epic EMR
  • Patient Volume: Approximately 12-14 patients per day
Required Qualifications
  • MD/DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
  • Active Arkansas Medical License Required
  • BLS Certification
Clinical Scope Providers should be comfortable with:
  • Arthrocentesis
  • Diagnostic and therapeutic joint aspirations
  • Joint and soft tissue injections
  • Bone mineral density studies
  • IV therapy management and monitoring
  • General outpatient rheumatology evaluation and treatment
