What We Offer:- Flexible scheduling: (We operate 7 days a week)
- Full-time - 4 shifts per week (8-12 hour shifts)
- Part-time - 2-3 shifts per week (still 8-12 hour shifts)
- Immediate start dates & paid training
Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus)
Total average earnings: $22 - $26/hour

A Typical Day Includes:- The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
- Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers' homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces.
- Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer.
- Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities.
- To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team.

What You Bring to the Company:- You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck insurance)
- Possess a valid driver's license (No CDL required!)
- Have a clean driving history for 3 years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
- Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
