Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Family Medicine

Join a well-established FQHC with locations in Oxnard, Simi Valley, and Ventura. This role requires floating between three offices, and experienced NPs are encouraged to apply.

Position Highlights:

• Provide primary care services, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and referrals.
• Prenatal and postnatal care for mothers and infants.
• Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education.
• Utilize Electronic Health Records for documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $120,000 - $125,000
