Compensation and Benefits
- Average annual earning potential exceeding $800,000 (based on $8,000/day production, 4-day work week, 50 weeks)

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Endodontics residency program
- Active or eligible Arizona dental license (credentialing support provided)
- Proficiency in all phases of endodontic therapy, including retreatment and microsurgery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to both experienced Endodontists and new graduates; mentorship and integration support available
