  • ASAP - Ongoing
    • Dates TBD
Schedule
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9a-5p
  • No call, no weekends, no nights
Clinical Details
  • Typical day includes- family/team meetings, admissions and discharges, patient evaluations, and monitoring therapies.
  • Most common diagnosis include stroke, SCI, trauma, ortho.
  • Average daily census is 10-12 with capacity of 13.
  • Number of beds: 360+
  • Number of ICU beds: 53
  • Trauma Level: I
Requirements
  • Board Certified
  • Active MN License - highly preferred
  • Local provider - within driving distance - preferred
  • Special training or Experience: Prefer internal medicine or neurology or rehab/pm&r
Support Staff
  • Physician, nursing, consultants, and therapists
  • Rehab provider is supported by a PA
EMR
  • EPIC
