An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregons scenic Willamette Valley is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative outpatient primary care team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking strong compensation, quality of life, and the ability to practice patient-centered medicine within a community-focused health system.

Schedule & Call
- MondayFriday schedule
- Expected patient volume: 1820/day
- Shared clinic call rotation
- Very light phone-only call burden
- Most after-hours concerns handled through nurse triage service
Compensation & Benefits
- $325K base salary
- RVU incentive opportunity
- $25K sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance available
- 34 days PTO year one
- CME allowance + licensure reimbursement

Candidate Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine
- New graduates welcome
- Comfortable managing chronic disease and medically complex adult patients
