Our client in Iowa is actively seeking a skilled Hematologist Physician for a 90-day assignment beginning Aug 3, 2026. This role involves a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule, with clinic hours from 8 AM to 4 PM and a call schedule yet to be determined. The Physician will manage a variety of medical hematology/oncology cases, encompassing patient assessments, new and ongoing treatment plans, therapy adjustments, and comprehensive chemotherapy and pain management.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Patient assessments
- Develop new treatment plans
- Manage ongoing treatment plans
- Implement changes in therapy
- Refer patients for ancillary services
- Provide end of life care

- Case types: Medical Hematology/Oncology coverage for 4/5 days per week, with inpatient coverage of both sites.
