We are looking for Neonatologists to provide full-time or part-time coverage in Pontiac, MI, during an anticipated provider leave of absence beginning around March 2027.

Position Details
Pontiac, MI
Inpatient / Hospital-Based
100% Neonatal
Level III NICU
Average Census: 14 patients/day
Epic EMR
Beeper/Phone Call
Full-time replacement coverage, with part-time options available

Schedule

• Typically 8 AM 4 PM onsite

• Call coverage for the remaining 16 hours

• Alternating weeks 1 week on / 1 week off

• Schedule details can be discussed with the Lead Neonatologist during the department interview

Clinical Responsibilities

• Level III NICU care

• NRP

• Intubation

• UVC placement

• Lumbar punctures

• PICC placement

• Other standard Level III NICU procedures and responsibilities

Requirements
️ Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
️ Neonatology Fellowship
️ Active Michigan license or willing to obtain
️ NRP
️ DEA
️ Clean background highly preferred
