Job description

  • Base Salary: $232,369 $340,053 annually
  • Quarterly Incentive Plan: Up to 15% of quarterly earnings
  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (effective the first day of the month following your start date)
  • 401(k) with 4% employer match
  • 160 hours (20 days) of PTO annually, available immediately
  • 7 Paid Holidays plus 1 Floating Holiday
  • 5 CME Days annually
  • Up to $2,000 Annual CME Reimbursement
  • Licensing Fee Reimbursement
  • Employer-Paid Professional Liability Insurance
