We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a well-established, physician-led practice in Dothan, Alabama.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Approximately 4 outpatient clinic days per work cycle
• Minimum 7 days of 24-hour call per month
• Additional call shifts available for physicians seeking higher compensation

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
• Manage prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and well-woman visits
• Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions
• Perform gynecologic surgeries in both hospital and ambulatory surgery settings
• Perform or learn minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
• Participate in shared call coverage
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse midwives, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and evidence-based clinical practices
Qualifications
Required
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for an unrestricted Alabama medical license
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality women's healthcare
Preferred
• Interest or experience in minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery
• Desire to expand surgical skills through mentorship
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to patient-centered care
