We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join a growing integrated behavioral health team in Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient/community-based setting focused on high-quality patient care and continuity of treatment.

Responsibilities

•Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments

•Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

•Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications

•Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health support as appropriate

•Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and behavioral health consultants

•Maintain timely and accurate documentation

•Participate in quality improvement and peer review activities

Qualifications

•MD or DO from an accredited medical school

•Completion of Psychiatry residency program

•Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

•Active or eligible Indiana Medical License

•DEA certification required

•CPR certification required

•Community Psychiatry experience preferred

•Strong communication and organizational skills
