Position Overview
MyMichigan Health is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Physician for a locum tenens assignment at MyMichigan Medical Center Midland.
The primary responsibility is in-house OB/GYN call coverage in Midland. Providers who are willing to obtain additional credentials may also be considered for coverage at Alma, Alpena, and West Branch.
Requirements
MD required
Board Certified or Board Eligible
BC/BE within the last 5 years
Minimum 1 year of experience
Active Michigan medical license preferred
IMLC candidates may be considered
BLS and ACLS required
Must have case logs demonstrating:
Medical school must be on the California Approved List
Residency/fellowship must be ACGME approved
Clean NPDB
No significant malpractice issues
Three professional references who worked with the provider within the past 18 months
Clean OIG search
Fluent English / Native or bilingual English proficiency
Required Clinical Experience
Provider should be comfortable with:
EMR
EPIC / Dragon
Compensation
Midland: $7,800 all-inclusive per 24-hour shift
Alma / Alpena / West Branch: $6,500 all-inclusive per 24-hour shift
Credentialing
Typical timeframe: approximately 30 days
