We are seeking a Nephrology Physicianto join a growing academic healthcare team in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient nephrology care.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and other renal conditions.
- Manage patients requiring dialysis and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in teaching and clinical education for medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Contribute to quality improvement and academic initiatives as appropriate.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent).
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program.
- Completion of an accredited Nephrology fellowship.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.
- Eligible for an unrestricted West Virginia medical license.
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence, education, and collaborative patient care.
