- Rate: $375/hr
- Case Mix: Bariatric, ENT, GYN, IR, Ortho-Total Joints, Plastics, POD, Spine, Thoracic, URO, VASC
- Care Team Model: 2 MD, 6 CRNA
- Coverage: Monday Friday, 7:00 am 3:00 pm
- Call: Monday Friday 24hr, Saturday Sunday 24hr
- EMR System: Meditech, Medaxion Pulse

Requirements:

- Certification: ABA
- License: Active Massachusetts license upon presentation
- Life Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
