Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients ranging from newborn to geriatric.
- Conduct health assessments and develop care plans for diverse patient needs.
- Perform gynecological examinations and EKG interpretations as needed.
- Collaborate with support staff, including one MA and one PAR per provider.
- Utilize Cerner EHR for patient record management.
- Work flexible shifts: Monday-Friday for 8 hours or Monday-Thursday for 10 hours.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Qualifications:
- Board certified in Family Medicine.
- Experience in outpatient family medicine.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to navigate a variety of patient care situations and needs.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active Michigan medical license required at the time of application.
- Board certification in Family Medicine is mandatory.
- Self-query NPDB, completed within the last month, is required.
