Compensation & Benefits

• $119,313 - $178,968annually, plus annual incentive opportunities and sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• NP Board Certification withprimary care, family medicine, or internal medicine background
• Current, valid andunrestricted ARNP license and valid DEA number
• English/Spanish bilingualproficiency is an essential job function
• Minimum 3-5 years of primarycare experience
• Minimum 2+ years with casemanagement emphasizing health prevention and population health management
• Documentation of proof of anegative TB test in the last 12 months before start-date.
• Team-based care experience
• Experience working in EMRsystems
• Experience with GoogleWorkspace
