• At least 1 year of professional Nurse Practitioner experience
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license eligible for practice in Texas
• Current national Nurse Practitioner certification appropriate to the role
• Ability to provide safe, effective, and compassionate patient care in an on-site healthcare setting
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and clinical documentation skills

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical examinations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose and manage patient conditions within the Nurse Practitioner's scope of practice
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic studies and laboratory testing
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education in accordance with applicable regulations
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
